Today is the beginning of what I hope will be an excessively long-run of work-free weekends. This hasn't occurred since I started work at age 16 (aside from very brief stints of unemployment when I moved places or when I was in Morris for college). Honestly, I hardly know what to do with myself. Of course, there is plenty I should be doing, but I decided to treat myself for awhile and not really do anything constructive.

I miss F and I'm confused about K. Such feelings often lead to retail therapy. Weak-spots include shoes and dresses. I have wub's wedding to go to in September, which gives me a good excuse to spend copious amounts of time perusing the internet for both weak-spots.  I ended up ordering this:



Though it's far funkier than what I normally wear and it might be too small, I'm anxiously awaiting it's arrival.

Hmmm, I think I'll go make a cake now! :)
